Capturing the beauty of nature is the focus of my painting. I have been working with watercolor for more than 20 years. I enjoyed working with pastels, but I consider myself a watercolor artist.

I generally paint from my photographs and am always seeking opportunities for Plein Air painting.
My favorite places locally are the Chattahoochee River and the North Georgia and North Carolina mountains. I also paint from travels around the US, Canada, Europe and Central America.

Most recently I have been doing pet portraits, usually on a commission basis. I have also started wedding related portraits.
