Last year my younger sister’s longtime companion “Daisy” passed away. They had been together through both difficult and happy times over the years. Since she had been such help with my parents during my father’s final years and since Daisy was such a comfort to her, I decided to attempt a portrait of Daisy. Using a few of her favorite photographs, I did it. She was delighted with the result. Since Daisy, I have started painting more dogs, and cats. I didn’t realize how much I would enjoy it AND how much the people enjoy having their treasured pet rendered in watercolor.

Process:
1. Send 2 or 3 of your favorite pictures (jpeg is best) via email to LWoodsides@bellsouth.net
2. Let me know desired size, be it 8 X 10 ($250), 9 X 12 ($300), or other specific dimensions
3. I will confirm receipt of photos and delivery date
4. Turn around is 2 weeks
5. Portrait will be sent sealed/protected via UPS/FedEX (cost included)
